I parked in Saddlescombe road car park and was lucky to get the last space, there is an alternative car park further along on Deveil's Dyle road - see route map on app for way-point
Big climb, with some steep and stepped parts. One stile with doggy door that Hank only just got through.
No water here
No bins here

You need to be prepared for a bit of a climb here, you start sort of half way up the hil where the car park is. We walked back down the road for a bit before the path heads off through the fields to left and the path leads you down a little woodland trail (is a stile here) before you come to a T junction and if you head left you start the ascent.
Soon the woodland clears and you're in the valley and there are various routes up that you can see ahead of you. From here it's simply a hike to the top enjoying the scenery, and head left once you get there and the path leads you back to the car.
Plenty of routes avaialble here if you want to expand your walk, and at the top you can head over to the main Devil's Dyke area.
Quite a busy one here, it's not too bad as it's so open for most of the way so you can see all around in the main, but are lots of other hikers, ramblers and runners.
