We park at the church and have never had any problems with a space.
Well laid out and signposted footpaths. To get to the windmill you do need to go up a hill but it's worth every step, the windmill itself is in great condition and the views across Warwickshire from the top are gorgeous.
No water here
In the villages there are poo bins but none in the fields you walk through.
The Peacock in Oxhill is a must visit pub, very dog friendly, great selection of drinks at the bar , lovely food and a good beer garden and car park at the back of the pub. You can also do this route from Shire Camping, www.shirecamping.com the footpath runs alongside the campsite. We've camped here and highly recommend it. Also very well located for some of our and Riley The Sprocker Spaniels Tysoe Walks detailed on this website ;).
Plenty of off lead opportunities on this route, There is a little bit of road to walk down after the descending from the Windmill but it's a quiet lane with hardly any traffic. One stile to climb over but the rest of the obstacles are gates so easy to manoeuvre through.
