This walk is a circular from Tuckers Grave Inn, we were staying at the camp site so obviously used the parking there. The walk does go up to the village of Norton St Philip so you can also start the walk from there as well where there was plenty of on street parking.
A nice reasonably flat route with well laid out pathways. A couple of stiles but no other obstacles.
There is a small brook with a bridge across it half way, not that deep and a great spot for the dogs to have a splash about in.
Only in the villages etc.
The George Inn is on this circular route in the village of Norton St Phillip. Boasts that its been serving beer for over 700 years. Beautiful pub with a large beer garden at the rear.
Another route where there is plenty of off lead opportunities. Covers some of the Mendip Ring footpath route. Starts and circles back to Tuckers Grave Inn and campsite, https://www.tuckersgraveinn.co.uk/ a 200 year old Cider House, super dog friendly, brilliant cider and fantastic facilities at the camp site. A real gem and we can't wait to return!
