Very limited parking at the pub - but there is on road parking available through the village, as always just be mindful of the local residents and park consideratly.
Reasonably flat, well laid out pathways and no stiles just a few gates.
No water here
In the village of Ramsden.
The Royal Oak in Ramsden is a classic cotswolds, village pub where a warm welcome awaits you. You can see from the pictures in our review it is a perfect, picturesque pocket of the Oxfordshire countryside. The staff at the pub have incredible knowledge of the local brews on tap and the shelf and the food is superb. It also boasts Dog Friendly rooms to book as well. In particular at Christmas time the pub goes 'all out' with the festive decorations, the pictures on their socials look incredible!
This is a beautiful 13KM walk through rolling Oxfordshire countryside and woodlands with plenty of off lead opportunities. There are some shorter routes around this area as well and we will definately be back to walk and visit the pub again, a simply perfect way to spend an afternoon.
