If you are staying at the detailed Shepherds hut at Booth Farm as we did you can park there but I do believe the Temple is in a country park so there is also parking available there although we did not go to see so it would be worth checking prior to visiting.
Relatively flat walk, but well signposted, there is a section of terrain where it is signposted that you are entering and area where Hazardous Events take place and it asks you to stick to the footpath. For all of those people who like a movie reference going through this section of the walk felt a little bit like going through the Hive in Resident Evil lol.
No water here
No poo bins here
No pubs but highly recommend the shepherds hut accommodation at Booth Farm (booked via Air B&B)
Unfortunately the first half of this walk was covered in a drizzly haze so by the time we got to the temple the views you were supposed to see over Buxton were not visible unfortunately, so if you do go on this walk please become an author so that people can see what we couldn't on the day! It's a really cute little temple though and the fact you can go inside and have the potential to look across Buxton is lovely. Usual seasonal cattle in some fields so be alert and keep your dogs on leads.
