On street parking outside the pub, does get very busy, park respectfully.
Nice countryside walk, relatively flat, well signposted footpaths with a couple of stiles.
Little stream, perfect for a little paddle for the dogs.
In the village of Hook Norton
I've started this walk from the Sun Inn in Hook Norton, you can make your way to the start point from there. It's a great village pub, part of the spirit group and dog friendly. There are also a couple of other dog friendly pub stops in the village, the Pear Tree and the Hook Norton Brewery, and also just on the outskirts is the Gate Hangs High, all offering a very warm welcome.
Lovely country walk with plenty of off lead opportunities. A reasonably popular one with the locals but not too busy. Part of the walk does have an electric fence which Riley has zapped himself on twice in pretty much the same space (he is meant to be a clever spaniel) but soon got over it after a yelp, so just be careful if you see a live fence.
