At the Miners Standard.
Good mixture of terrain and pathways, all very well signposted.

A couple on this route through the villages.
The Walk is a circular from the Miners Standard (highly recommend the ham, egg and chips) but you can also stop off at the Three Stags on route as well. We also camped for the weekend at the Miners Standard, very friendly place and due to all of the rain the area had they moved us onto the hard standing pitches rather than the grass. For all of the trig point baggers there is a point on top of Oaker Hill which has some lovely views from it.
A mixture of open fields and countryside and woodland. I can imagine when the weather is bad it will get quite boggy in places. At various times there will be livestock on this route. It also covers some of the Limestone Way which is a 46 mile route through the Peak District.
