Outside the pub on the road and there is also a car park at the rear of the pub.
One small hill but mainly flat fields and beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Also 2 stiles on the route, both were in a bit of a sorry state and a bit wobbly but climbable.
No water here
Plenty through the village but none on the route.
The George Inn is an absolutely fabulous pub that also offers dog-friendly rooms if you'd like to stay overnight. We've also shared a slightly longer 8 km route on our account, making it an ideal destination for a one-night break where you can enjoy a different walk each day. The breakfast is absolutely gorgeous too, making it well worth the stay!
Great walk with plenty of opportunities for off-lead time. We kept Riley on the lead throughout because it was a very warm day and we wanted to keep his adrenaline levels down. There's one field towards the end of the walk with sheep in it, so it's worth being aware of that. There are also a couple of short road sections, but they're very quiet and only last for a brief distance.
